Create a cloud

A Cloud is essential for creating a website, whether it is a live production site or a testing environment.

At Copilhost, we offer two plans: Essential and Pro.


When purchasing a Cloud, you must choose between these two options.


The Essential plan allows you to host a single WordPress site, while the Pro plan allows you to host multiple sites and scale your resources as your needs grow.


In this guide, we will demonstrate how to create a Level 1 Pro Cloud.


  1. Initialize Creation

Go to the "Clouds" tab and click "New".

A pop-up will appear asking you to name your Cloud. This name is for your internal organization only; it will only appear within your CoPanel to help you manage multiple Clouds.

Once you have named your Cloud, click "Next".


  1. Choose your Plan and Commitment

Select your plan (Essential or Pro) and choose your commitment period:

  • Monthly
  • 1 Year
  • 2 Years

For monthly and annual plans, you will be billed every month or year, respectively.

For the 2-year option, you pay for the next two years upfront; after this period, the plan will switch to an annual billing cycle.


  1. Select Resource Level (Pro Plan only)

If you selected the Pro plan, you can choose the resource level that best fits your project.

Level 1 is ideal for showcase websites or small online stores (it can host up to approximately 10 WordPress sites).

If your project grows or you wish to add more sites to the same plan, you can easily upgrade your level later.


  1. Billing and Confirmation

After clicking "Next", you will be asked to enter your billing and payment information if you haven't already done so.

You can then review all your details in the Order Summary before confirming your purchase.

Click "Pay and Create" to finalize your order.


🎉 Your Cloud is ready! You can now start creating your WordPress site.
