How to create a WordPress site (live site)

To create a WordPress site with Copilhost, ensure you have an active Cloud hosting plan and a domain name ready to be linked to your new site.

Follow these steps to launch your site:

Initialize Creation

Go to the "Sites" menu, click the "New" button, and select "Create site".

Step 2: Site Configuration

A pop-up will appear. Please enter the following information:

• Site Name: The internal name for your project.
• Cloud: Select the Cloud where you want to host your site (if you manage multiple Clouds).
• Domain Name: Select the correct domain from your list.
• Login Credentials: Set your WordPress admin Username and Password.

💡 Using a Template: If you have saved templates, you can check the "Create from template" box to deploy a pre-configured site. Feel free to check our Template Documentation for more details.

Finalize

Click "Create" and wait about 30 to 60 seconds for the process to complete.

🎉 Your site is ready!

Accessing your site

Once created, you can instantly access your WordPress dashboard by clicking the "Login" button (next to the WordPress logo).

Forgot your credentials?

If you ever forget your username or password, simply log into your Copilhost account and go to the "Sites" menu.

Click the three dots (menu icon) on your site card and select "🔒 Credentials" to view your login details.
