Moving a Test Site to a Live Site
Test sites are environments created without a custom domain name.
They are accessible via a temporary domain automatically assigned during creation.
To turn a test site into a live site, you simply need to link a custom domain name to it.
How to link a domain
We have simplified this process so you can do it directly from the "Sites" tab:
- Click the three dots (menu icon) in the top-right corner of your test site card.
- Select "Link a domain".
A pop-up will appear where you can:
- Select a domain: Choose the domain you want to use from your list of available domains.
- Buy a domain: If you don't have a domain yet, you can purchase one directly through this window.
Once selected, click "Add" to finalize the process.
⚠️ Important Warning
All your domains will appear in this list.
If you select a domain that is already linked to another site, that site will lose its custom domain and will automatically revert to a "Test site" with a temporary domain.
