A Cloud is essential for creating a website, whether it is a live production site or a testing environment. At Copilhost, we offer two plans: Essential and Pro.

When purchasing a Cloud, you must choose between these two options.

The Essential plan allows you to host a single WordPress site, while the Pro plan allows you to host multiple sites and scale your resources as your needs grow.

In this guide, we will demonstrate how to create a Level 1 Pro Cloud.

Initialize Creation Go to the "Clouds" tab and click "New". A pop-up will appear asking you to name your Cloud. This name is for your internal organization only; it will only appear within your CoPanel to help you manage multiple Clouds. Once you have named your Cloud, click "Next".
Choose your Plan and Commitment Select your plan (Essential or Pro) and choose your commitment period:

Monitoring your Usage

In your Copilhost dashboard, go to "Clouds" tab and click on "Manage" to access detailed analytics for your three key resources: vCPU, RAM, and Disk Space.

Our interactive charts allow you to track CPU and RAM consumption in real-time, or view historical data over the last 24 hours, week, or month. Disk space usage is displayed via the gauge at the bottom of the page.

💡 Pro Tip: If you notice your website slowing down, check your resource charts. If RAM or CPU usage frequently hits 100%, you should upgrade your Cloud level to maintain optimal performance and prevent "500 Errors."

You might encounter a generic "This site can't be reached" message or a specific DNS error screen like this:

These are common caching issues, and we are here to help you resolve them.

Generally, your site has been successfully migrated and is live for the rest of the world, but it remains temporarily inaccessible to you specifically because of a cache stored on your device or network.

Option 1: The simplest solution… wait! 😊

The easiest way to resolve this is simply to wait.

Managing local cache issues can be tedious, and in most cases, the problematic cache will expire on its own within a few minutes to a few hours. If you are not in a hurry, we strongly recommend doing nothing and letting the cache refresh naturally.

How to confirm it's a caching issue:

To verify that the site is actually live and only blocked for you, try the following:

Switch browsers: Try opening your site in a different browser (e.g., Firefox instead of Chrome).
Switch networks: Switch from your Wi-Fi to your mobile data (4G/5G).

Updating WordPress, Themes, and Plugins

Whenever an update is available for WordPress core, a plugin, or your theme, an "Update" button will appear.

Simply click the button to run the update instantly.
When the status shows "Up to date" with a green icon, it means everything is running the latest version.

Activating or Deactivating a Theme

The theme currently in use on your site is identified by the green toggle switch.

If you have multiple themes installed, you can activate another one by clicking its toggle. This will automatically switch the active status to the new theme and deactivate the previous one.

Activating or Deactivating a Plugin

Active plugins are identified by a green toggle switch.

To deactivate a plugin, click the toggle to turn it off.
