Canceling a domain name renewal

When you register or transfer a domain name to Copilhost, auto-renewal is enabled by default.

Without renewal, your domain name will be lost and may be registered by someone else.

Since this is your website's address, it is crucial to avoid losing it by mistake!

This is why we have implemented automatic renewal.

However, if you wish to cancel the renewal, follow these simple steps:

1. Access your Billing section by clicking on your account icon in the top right corner, then select "Billing."
2. In the left-hand menu, click on the "Your Subscriptions" tab. You will see all your active subscriptions for clouds and domains.
3. Click the "Edit" button next to the domain you wish to manage.
4. Click on "Cancel auto-renew." A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your choice.

Note: You will keep your domain name until the expiration date shown to the left of the button.

Good to know: You can change your mind at any time and restore the renewal by clicking the "Edit" button again and reactivating the auto-renewal.
